A Wedding In Kent! Hold your wedding at one of the top-rated travel destinations in 2021

Choosing the perfect destination for your wedding is exciting, but it can be a difficult task, especially nowadays, with restrictions around travelling. That might explain why many couples are choosing to hold their big day in the UK. Thankfully there are plenty of beautiful venues to choose from, including the Kent heritage coastline, recently titled in the top 5 locations to visit in the world!

It is not hard to see why our beautiful Kent coast received such an accolade, with its stunning beaches and world-renowned white cliffs. So we know its a lovely area to visit, but what about holding your wedding there?

Getting married in Kent can almost certainly guarantee stunning views for your wedding pics. Here’s my pick of some amazing venues for your wedding on the Kent Coast.

Nestled among six lush acres, this beautiful venue with stunning sea views is a tranquil place to say your vows and celebrate with your loved ones. Standout features here are the grass-covered roof which provides a beautiful backdrop for photographs, the natural gardens, perfect for pre-wedding drinks, and the wood-fired pizza ovens, for a great alternative to an evening buffet.

Reach Court Farm, Dover

Reach Court Farm is a hidden gem in the English countryside. Surrounded by pretty gardens and amazing views of open fields, the barn is perfect for an idyllic country wedding. What’s more, it’s well within reach of st Margarets Bay. If you don’t already know this lovely little beach, chat with your wedding photographer about taking some shots in front of the cascading cliffs here, you won’t be disappointed!

The venue is set into the cliff and sits just alongside the locally named “zigzag path”. lined with flowers and little caves and nooks it provides a great backdrop for some natural wedding shots. Just remember your flat shoes for the walk, it’s a little bit steep!
